These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Finrev website (finrev.cc) and all related services provided by Finrev PLC Ltd and Finrev Management Ltd (collectively "Finrev", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you accept these terms in full.
Finrev provides independent external dispute resolution services for Forex traders and brokers. Our services include complaint processing, dispute resolution, broker verification, and educational resources. Services for traders are provided free of charge.
To file a complaint, you must be a trader of a Finrev member broker. You must have first attempted to resolve the dispute directly with your broker before submitting a complaint to Finrev. You must be at least 18 years of age.
By submitting a complaint, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. You agree to cooperate with Finrev's investigation and provide any additional information requested. Finrev reserves the right to reject complaints that are frivolous, vexatious, or outside our jurisdiction.
The Compensation Fund provides protection up to €20,000 per complaint for traders of Finrev member brokers. Coverage is subject to the complaint being accepted and a decision being issued by the Dispute Resolution Committee. Finrev reserves the right to determine eligibility for Compensation Fund coverage.
Finrev's liability is limited to the services described in these terms. We are not responsible for any trading losses, investment decisions, or actions taken by brokers outside of the dispute resolution process. Our maximum liability to any party shall not exceed the amount of the Compensation Fund coverage applicable to their case.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
All content on the Finrev website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Finrev Management Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Finrev reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
