Is Finrev's service really free?

Yes, completely free for traders. There are no fees at any stage of the complaint process. Broker members fund the service.

What types of disputes can I file?

Any dispute with a Finrev member broker — including withdrawal issues, trade execution problems, account closures, and bonus disputes.

How long does resolution take?

Our average resolution time is 7 days. Complex cases may take longer, but we aim to resolve all cases within 30 days.

What if my broker is not a member?

We can only process complaints against Finrev member brokers. We recommend checking broker membership before opening an account.

Are decisions binding?

Decisions are binding on member brokers. Traders retain the right to pursue other legal remedies if they are not satisfied.

What is the Compensation Fund?

A fund that protects traders up to €20,000 per complaint if a member broker fails to comply with a Finrev decision.
